I was a programmer and game designer for this project, which is about pelvic pain. I developed both rhythm game sections, the first increasing in difficulty and flipping speeds to simulate an impossible to win scenario. The second was more of creatively making music to show harmony between two characters seeing each other’s vulnerabilities.

I also assisted in source control management and moved the project from Perforce to Plastic SCM. (val)iant is available on Steam. It won the 2023 Games For Change Best Student Game award and was nominated for the 2023 IndieCade Festival Impact Award.
